OverUnder renovated and adapated a residence on a bluff overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Completed in 2024, the project is a energy-producing home through the strategic use of solar and various envelope solutions, including shading and enhanced glazing. Large expanses of glass and outdoor spaces open the living environment to the spectacular views of bay and dune landscape.
