This resort in Belize is located along the waterfront and includes twenty-one multi-bedroom villas, eighteen one-bedroom cottages, a marina, members club, restaurant, and service buildings.

Units take advantage of dramatic views and open to outdoor terraces adjacent to the water. OverUnder’s commission included overseeing construction of a prototype unit that developed construction techniques and details to be used throughout the complex. Interiors were completed in coordination with the New York-based designer, Samuel Amoia.
