This mixed-use development is located on a hectare site between Al Balad, Jeddah’s Heritage District, and the contemporary city. The complex contains a ten-story hotel (208 keys), a twelve-story residential tower (120 units) and a twelve-story commercial tower (21,000 m2) sitting atop a four-story retail and parking podium, and two basement parking floors.

The L-shaped towers maximize privacy among different programs and allow for independent use of the podium roof. White stucco and brown metallic screens offer a contemporary interpretation of the historic context while addressing functional needs such as shading and a reduced heat island effect. A retail colonnade and a public plaza aim to create an active, comfortable, and inviting public realm.
