Marcus has worked for over twenty years as an architect and planner for institutional and commercial clients around the world. Marcus spent the first ten years of his career in London working at Kohn Pedersen Fox and Foster and Partners before moving to the US in 2000. He brings a broad knowledge of the design and construction process to his projects, specifically that of energy efficient and integrated design. Among his various building projects, Marcus has led the design and LEED administration of three Gold Certified buildings, including the first Gold Certified residence hall in the United States at Plymouth State University. Marcus also contributes a significant amount of his time to his community in terms of volunteer efforts on behalf of the Boston Society of Architects Government Affairs Committee and as Chair of the Energy Committee for the town of Wellfleet, MA. He has a deep interest in creating a working structure through policy and regulation in which environmentally responsible design and construction can flourish.
